Project overview
The Gatwick Train Station extension is one of the largest and most complex sites in Lasckos’s portfolio. With round-the-clock working, large operative numbers and zero tolerance for disruption to a live transport interchange, the programme demanded disciplined planning at every level.
Site management ran across day and night shifts. Coordinating procurement, design and labour at this scale required structured liaison with the Principal Contractor and a steady reporting rhythm — every shift reviewed, every operative accounted for, every snag tracked through to closure.
