Project overview
Lambs Passage is a central London façade refurbishment, delivered to a tight programme on a constrained inner-city site. Schemes of this scale demand exact logistics, careful trade sequencing and seamless coordination across every layer of the elevation — from substrate through fire-stopping and into the visible cladding.
The package combined a full substrate rebuild with a multi-layer envelope and three distinct cladding finishes, all installed within the same sequence so that scaffold lifts and follow-on trades could move predictably across the building.

- Stripping the legacy CP board and installing a new Y-wall substrate
- External insulation in Rockwool
