Project overview
Park Royal stands out as a high-coordination site delivered to a tight programme. The package combined substrate framing, weatherproofing, the thermal envelope and fire-stopping into a single integrated install that had to follow on cleanly from the structural works.
Holding the programme meant keeping the install crews, the inspections and the QA file moving in step. With SFS, Siniat board, VCL, EPDM, external thermal insulation and fire barriers all sequenced through the same elevation, every detail was tracked from install through to sign-off.
