Who you’re working with
Igor Krasnoslobodtsev is a Construction Manager qualified to NVQ Level 6. He started in the industry as a labourer, then worked through the trades and into supervision before moving into freelance construction management.
That progression matters on site. Decisions about sequence, tolerance, fixings, and inspection windows get made from a place of having actually done the work.
How Lasckos works
Lasckos delivers freelance construction management on façade, envelope and fit-out packages — usually working into a Principal Contractor on a live site. The focus is daily site management, logistics, design and procurement liaison, and the QA discipline needed to close packages cleanly.
Recent work covers façade refurbishment in central London, large infrastructure programmes including the Gatwick Train Station extension, retail and education projects, and complex glazing and rope-access elevations.
What that means in practice
Programmes are kept moving by anticipating inspections rather than reacting to them. Trades are coordinated so the elevation can be sealed, signed off and handed forward in defined zones. Health, safety and quality are reported through, not bolted on, and the QA file is built as the work happens.
