Services

Facade, cladding and envelope construction management services

Construction management for façade, envelope and fit-out packages, focused on site coordination, project delivery, quality control and practical site experience.

Service areas

Construction management support for live project delivery.

What Lasckos can be brought onto a project to do. Each area is rooted in hands-on package delivery rather than detached consultancy.

01

Site coordination & package management

Day-to-day site control: sequencing the work, coordinating installers and supervisors, and keeping the package moving against the live programme.

02

Façade, envelope & fit-out delivery support

Hands-on support on façade, envelope and fit-out packages where coordination, quality and logistics decide whether the install lands cleanly.

03

QA records, inspections & close-out

Inspection tracking, QA evidence and snag visibility maintained through the install so handover information is in order, not assembled at the end.

04

Principal Contractor & project-team liaison

Clear, structured communication with the Principal Contractor, architects, designers and Clerks of Works through the active site rhythm.

05

Logistics, constraints & live-site planning

Practical sequencing for constrained programmes, live environments and access-limited zones, where logistics often define what is possible on shift.

06

Compliance & evidence control

Construction management depends on controlled records as much as visible site progress. Digital tools like ComplyOnSite help us structure our compliance layer.

Lasckos can support construction-management work in and around London, across the wider UK and across the Channel Islands, depending on project scope, programme and package requirements.

Delivery method

How Lasckos supports delivery.

A consistent operating rhythm from package read-through to close-out, designed around live sites, real constraints and Principal Contractor expectations.

  1. 01

    Read the package

Understand the package, programme and constraints early so sequencing, logistics and inspection points are clear before work starts on site.

  2. 02

    Sequence the work

Set out install zones, shift patterns and access plans against the live programme so the package can absorb pressure without losing rhythm.

  3. 03

    Coordinate the site

Keep subcontractors, supervisors, designers and the Principal Contractor aligned through routine reporting and direct site liaison.

  4. 04

    Control quality

Track workmanship, QA records, inspections and snags as the work progresses, rather than leaving the file until handover week.

  5. 05

    Close out cleanly

Bring install zones through sign-off with the right inspections, snag closure and close-out information in place.

Competence

Qualified management, practical site experience.

Lasckos is led by Igor Krasnoslobodtsev, an NVQ Level 6 Construction Manager. The route from labourer through to construction management gives the service a practical site-delivery base, not a detached consultancy posture.

The day-to-day focus stays close to the work itself: site supervision, subcontractor coordination, quality records and direct Principal Contractor liaison through the active programme.

  • Subcontractor coordination
